  • Click on "I've forgotten my password"
  • Enter your username - you'll find this in the email we sent you beginning "Account Activation instructions for your programme.."

  • To access your university email and all of your Microsoft Office 365 Tools, go to: https://office365.uea.ac.uk
  • Use your username and the password you created in the steps above to sign-in.

Note: it is important to check your email regularly as this is how you will receive important information including your first week timetable.

3. Access the Learning Portal - Blackboard
We will only be able to enrol you on Blackboard after you have set up your UEA account so there may be a short delay in your access.

Go to portal.uea.ac.uk and log in:
  • Once you are logged in, click on the second blue banner: "Log in to Blackboard"
  • UEA login page will open if you are not already logged in - enter your UEA username (eg. abd20def@uea.ac.uk) and your new UEA password.
  • Your course module information will be listed on Blackboard. Scroll down to find the Programme Module (Prog Module) and click through to access welcome and induction materials.
  • During your studies you will be able to access your timetable within your programme module on Blackboard.

You will receive your teaching timetable at the end of your induction period, once you are registered.
