Upload your immunization documents to CHW
All full-time international students are required to submit immunization records regarding Tdap, MMR, Hepatitis B, Meningitis, and Varicella vaccines.
Pay your full fees on time to avoid charge
Full fees must be paid by Monday, January 6th. Late payments will incur a late fee. You can pay online by card or by bank wire transfer. INTO does NOT accept Flywire.
