ARRIVAL DATE
Attendance at orientation is mandatory, so it is paramount that you arrive prior to this date as you will be receiving important information that will impact your studies during this time. Please note that the February 2026 intake Orientation commences on Monday 9 February, 9.00am.
The orientation schedule is updated for each intake and published closer to the commencement date.

WHY ATTEND ORIENTATION?
Orientation helps you to engage with your new peers, welcomes you to the UWA College community and ensures you have a smooth and memorable transition to life in Perth.
At Orientation, you will:
- Have the opportunity to have any of your questions answered.
- Form connections with your new classmates.
- Attend guided information sessions to ensure academic success.
- Explore and get familiar with Perth and UWA's Perth campus!
WHERE IS ORIENTATION HELD?
Your Orientation takes place at UWA College, which is located on Level 2 of the Student Central Building at UWA's Perth campus. You can get to our campus via public transport. Buses to campus are frequent. For Google Maps instructions, click here.
